Blending Ancient Wisdom with Modern Nutrition: My Coaching Journey
I decided to turn this passion into a career. I took courses in health and nutrition and earned certification to deepen my knowledge. Along the way, I worked in various health-related roles and volunteered at wellness events, which confirmed that coaching was my true calling.
Helping people who were going through different health issues, seeing their positive change and how much it meant to them made me realize how rewarding it is to support others on their wellness journey.
Today, I use my inherited knowledge, personal experience, education, and skills to guide clients towards their health goals. Every success story reminds me why I chose this path: to make a real difference in people’s lives and help them live their best, healthiest life.

Embrace Holistic Healing: Discover the Power Within for Lasting Health
my belief
Most of us have one or the other unresolved chronic health issues. It has been experienced that despite doing the best, the health problems are not properly or permanently fixed. Our symptoms are managed as long as we take the medicines and problems rebound once we stop taking the medication. There is a flood of information on the internet providing relief for every health problem. But how many of us are actually helped by such information? We keep hoping from one “pathy” to the other but the problems are only temporarily fixed and again come back.
It is high time we look to holistic solutions that aim to find the root cause of problems and fix them by eliminating the cause itself, not the symptoms alone. We strongly believe in the body’s innate powers to self-heal, we have to just keep our body’s internal environment clean and healthy. This in turn will keep the illnesses at bay.
Give your body a chance to get rid of old belief system of dependence on pills alone.
